Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST


Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days via our trusted shipping carriers.

Total Timeframe: Please allow 6-10 business days from order placement to delivery (1-3 days processing + 5-7 days shipping).

We ship via the following carriers based on your location and product size:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and safest delivery for your order.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@balsamhils.com.


Delivery Requirements

  • A signature may be required for high-value orders
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Packages cannot be left unattended if signature is required
  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order is placed, shipping addresses cannot be modified. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

Peak Season Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November – December), order volumes increase significantly. While we process orders as quickly as possible, please allow extra time for processing and shipping during these periods.

We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before your desired date.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping.
